Umbrella
Umbrella is a blockchain technology company offering secure and scalable data transfer. Despite its strong product and leading position in the niche, its website did not reflect the level of expertise or trust in the brand. It looked formulaic, was overloaded with complex infographics, and did not explain how the product worked. The task was to completely revamp the visual style and branding and create a website that could communicate complex technology in a simple and understandable way and make the company stand out from its competitors.
Task
We began with an in-depth analysis of the market and target audience, then held a joint session with the client to clarify the brand's values and formulate key points. Based on this, we proposed three visual concept directions, from which we chose the one with elements of glitch art and digital artefacts, reflecting technological sophistication and innovation. Next, we built a modular design system, redesigned the navigation, simplified the page structure, and implemented a unified visual style, adapting the logo and designing a brand guide.
Dicision
As a result, Umbrella gained a strong and recognisable brand that accurately reflects the technological essence of the product and works for both blockchain developers and non-technical audiences. The new website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, with a clear structure and modern visual presentation. This has strengthened trust in the company, simplified the decision-making process for potential customers, and helped it stand out in a competitive environment thanks to its unique design and precise communication.
Result
We built the process based on close interaction with the client: regular calls, quick feedback, and iterative work on the visuals allowed us to achieve the desired result without unnecessary revisions. We applied a systematic approach to design in order to speed up implementation and maintain consistency across all screens and formats. This format of cooperation allowed us to quickly test and approve key decisions, completing the project on time and without compromising quality.
