To create the first multi-brand online car subscription platform in Malaysia from scratch. The main goal is to quickly launch an MVP, test a business hypothesis, and ensure a high level of user trust through transparency, convenience, and service quality.
Task
We conducted a UX study and used it to design the entire user journey, from selecting a car to subscribing. We focused on user-friendliness and information transparency. We added a system for photo reports on each car, including assessments of their condition and defects. Additionally, we developed an admin panel for managing requests, fleet management, and user accounts without the need for specialists.
Dicision
A full-fledged prototype was developed in 3 months. After launch, the platform immediately started generating revenue due to its convenience and accurate targeting of market needs. Users received a user-friendly subscription service, while the FLUX team received a self-learning management tool. Customer trust was increased through detailed photos, a transparent system, and a high level of UX.
Result
We worked iteratively: daily calls with the client, several design sprints, and flexible adjustments at all stages. The visual part was based on the client's brand guide, with the addition of minimalist and recognizable elements. Everything was tested with real users, including the website and the admin panel. This helped to avoid errors and ensure a smooth launch.
