Virtuance
Virtuance, a company specialising in visual marketing for real estate and the development of AI image processing services, approached us with a request to redesign their website. Their previous platform was outdated both visually and technically: the structure was confusing, the interface was overloaded, and the brand did not convey their innovative essence. It was important to the client that the new website not only simplify the user experience, but also emphasise the modernity and technological nature of their approach.
Task
The NØRMA team conducted a comprehensive UX audit and proposed a new website structure that took into account the complexity of the service and the multi-layered user scenario. We created a clean, flexible UI that emphasises the key visual advantages of the Virtuance product, from photo quality to the effectiveness of the AI service. We also developed a tool for booking photo shoots and a builder for branded marketing materials based on ready-made templates.
Dicision
The updated website is not only more user-friendly, but also more visually appealing: customers can now compare regular and processed images in an interactive format, quickly select a photographer, order additional options, and create promotional materials under their own brand. All this has strengthened the perception of Virtuance as a tech-savvy and customer-oriented company, which has led to increased engagement and orders in the first few months after launch.
Result
We began our work by studying real user experience through analytics, interviews, and testing. This allowed us to quickly identify pain points and focus on what is truly important to customers. We built the process flexibly, in close communication with the Virtuance team, and the final result was a synthesis of product thinking, creative design, and technological expertise, which we at NØRMA bring to every project.
